What is the process once I place my order?
Discover the art of customization at Flaws & All. Choose your unique item and let us bring your vision to life. For most products, not all, you will receive a design preview within 3-4 days of ordering. You'll have 48 hours to request changes before we start production. Your customized piece will be ready in 7-10 days. Please allow additional time for shipping.
*Items with longer production time will specify such in the description section. Should unforeseen circumstances arise with materials, you will be notified directly of the new production schedule.
